Oklahoma Employee Benefits & Insurance, LLC collects nonpublic information about clients and prospective clients and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of this information.  Oklahoma Employee Benefits & Insurance, LLC collects this nonpublic information in order to provide the services you request from us.

Information Provided by Prospects and Clients

Oklahoma Employee Benefits & Insurance, LLC collects personal financial information, personal health information, information about transactions between clients and prospective clients and third parties, legal documents and other information obtained from consumer reporting agencies and government agencies.  This information may be used in our analysis and evaluation of your situation.

Safeguarding of Clients Records & Information

Oklahoma Employee Benefits & Insurance, LLC maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards reasonably designed to ensure the security and confidentiality of clients and prospective client’s records and personal information.


We will not provide clients’ and prospective clients’ nonpublic personal or financial information over the telephone, in response to an e-mail message, or in conversation unless we have identified the other person as the client or someone you have provided us with written authorization to disclose your nonpublic information to.  We may disclose your nonpublic information to someone that needs this information in order to complete a transaction for which you have authorized us to effect on your behalf.
 

We do not share any client information or e-mail address to mail list vendors or solicitors.
 

When using e-mail or electronic file transfers to communicate nonpublic information with clients, prospective clients or financial and insurance companies, e-mails and files are sent, transferred or stored on third party sites encrypted. 
 

We maintain appropriate security measures for our computer and information systems which include but are not limited to password and firewalls.  Information stored in paper format is protected by physical measures.
 

We maintain appropriate administrative procedures to handle clients and prospective client’s nonpublic information within our office, and with our employees. 
 

Federal and State regulators may review our company records and client’s personal records as permitted by law.
 

Personally, identifiable client information will be maintained by us while you are a client, and for the required period after that as required by Federal and State laws.  Prospective client’s nonpublic information will be maintained using these same procedures

Client Notifications

We will notify current clients in advance if our privacy policy is expected to change.
